Here's Miss Eva again showing off another one of her outfits! This was a fun one to make!
The bodice and shorts use a bird print fabric and the 3 tiers of ruffles are different fabrics on the top and shorts. The owl outfit was an example of a single ruffled outfit and this shows what the outfit looks like with 3 rows of ruffles on the top and the shorts.
