Tuna Cakes

Total Time: 25 Minutes


  • 2 cans (6 oz) tuna in water, drained
  • 1 package (6 oz) stove top stuffing mix for chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayo
  • 3/4 cup water


Mix the tuna, stuffing, cheese, mayo & water in a bowl. Cover & refrigerate for 10 minutes. Heat a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Scoop tuna mixture, using 1/3 cup for each cake, into skillet in batches.
Gently flatten cakes using a spatula.
Cook 3 minutes on each side or until they're golden brown on both sides, turning cakes over carefully.
