20 Minute Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
• 1 lb chicken breast halves, boneless & skinless
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 3/4 cups spaghetti sauce
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup fresh OR 1 Tbsp dried parsley- chopped

Directions
• Slightly beat the egg. Dip the chicken in the egg and then in the bread crumbs to coat.
• In skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, brown chicken on both sides.
• Add spaghetti sauce.
• Reduce heat. Cover & simmer for 10 minutes.
• Sprinkle with cheeses & parsley.
• Cover, simmer for 5 minutes or until cheeses melt.
