Day 4 is to write down your new habits/routine.
Flylady suggests you write it on a sticky note and put it on your bathroom mirror and above your kitchen sink.
To me, that seems like just another piece of clutter to mess with so I've written them down and put them in my notebook with my calendar. I check my calendar daily so I will see my new routine right there anytime I look at my calendar.
So far, we are:
1) Get dressed in the morning, do your hair and make-up, and put on some shoes
2) Check email messages
3) Shine your sink before you go to bed
Not too bad…
