Day 25: Developing Routines

Day 25 is about our Developing Routines.

It takes most people 21 days to develop a new habit. But sometimes it's a little tough for some people to change your thoughts and behaviors in such a short amount of time. Today I want you to read Flylady's personal testimonial. You can see it took her a full 6 months to set up her new habits and the last 6 months of the year her life ran so much more smoothly.
