Day 28 is about taking care of yourself.
When was the last time you consciously took care of yourself? You can't effectively take care of your family, home, or job if you're putting yourself last. If you burn out then everything will be left in chaos! That wouldn't be good, would it?
So, today is just a reminder to take care of yourself. You matter too! Drink some water, eat something healthy, and get enough rest. And if you need to take a break every now and then, then do it, guilt free.
